What does My Nutriality charge for shipping an order?
A:
Order two or more items at any price or spend $60 or more, before tax, for Free Standard Shipping. If you do not meet those requirements, Standard Shipping and handling is flat rate $9.99 for the Skin Line Products and $5.99 for the Supplements.

Free Standard Shipping is extended to 9-10 (Business Days)
Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders with two or more items or one item totaling $60 or more before tax, before gift card (if applicable) and after coupon is used (if applicable).
** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates are provided at the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that company’s approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation which may be some watches due to the batteries they contain.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
A:
Due to Covid-19 and shortage of workers in the post office, for standard shipping, once is shipped you should receive your order within 9-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A:
Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.* Expedited shipping is not available to these address types.

Return Questions
Returns on Online Purchases
We want you to feel comfortable trying new products. We offer a full refund or exchange for all item(s) you didn’t enjoy for any reason the first time you purchase it/them as long as the return is within 30 days. The second time you order a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. We may ask that products be shipped back to us in cases of large returns (over $60).
Refunds will not include shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern & order number at info@mynutriality.com.We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders. Sample products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credit. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.

Broken Package
We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with USPS as they are responsible for the damage.
In order to offer the best experience to our My Nutriality customers, My Nutriality reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).
